Communication is a very important part of our daily work and life. However, we are generally unaware of the effect of our non-verbal behavior on our business and personal success. However, with the right body language you strengthen your people skills , emotional intelligence, relationships, charisma and influence on others.

In this science based training we provide you with essential non-verbal tools that you need to function better, to detect negative non-verbal behavior in yourself but also in others, to connect, to show credibility and to make a positive impression, in any situation.

Through our training you will gain insight into your own non-verbal communication, but also into the body language of your customers, colleagues and stakeholders. With effective non-verbal communication strategies you create a grip on your own image, on conversations, negotiations and results.

The Basics of Nonverbal Communication: What is Nonverbal Communication ? And what impact does it have on our work and daily life? We focus on the importance of nonverbal communication. You will become acquainted with the basic principles and learn more about the interpretation and mastery of body language.

A closer look at your own body language: Do you know which messages you send with your body? Silent signals speak louder than words. That is why we zoom into your body language and its impact on others. You will learn to strengthen your appearance, to leave an unforgettable first impression, to gain control over your body and to build strong relationships. You will also discover how to match non-verbal behavior with your professional goals.

Reading body language and functioning with emotional intelligence: Do you find it difficult to decipher other people's behavior? We teach you to understand the needs of your conversation partner by paying attention to nonverbal signals. You will be trained in detecting the seven universal micro-expressions. Result? More understanding of the feelings of your conversation partner and you learn to respond to hidden emotions. You will receive lots of practical tips to connect and build trust with colleagues and customers.
